Great products are not merely being used, they create real experiences. This insight has led me to focus my skills on the strategic advancement of both the products and the team. For the past eight years I have used my passion to create and improve meaningful web products and services. Throughout the last four years I have further expanded this vision by dedicating myself to agile organizational development. Here I discovered how rewarding it is to see teams grow, coach them, and facilitate and establish innovation and change processes side by side with product development. I enjoy traveling and working in multicultural environments. This is one of my motivation points to work in the startup network.
